Greenville Concrete Lifting fixes sunken and uneven concrete without tearing it out. Driveways, garage floors, patios, sidewalks, pool decks, foundation voids. If it’s a slab that settled, we look at it.
Estimates start with a site visit. We check the slab, probe for the void underneath, and give you a written number before anything gets drilled. No surprise line items after the fact.
Our Approach to Hunt County Clay
Hunt County sits on Blackland Prairie soil. That clay swells when it’s wet and pulls back when it dries out, and it does this every year, not just once. That cycle is what creates the gap under a slab in the first place. It’s also why a slab that got mudjacked five years ago with the wrong fill can still be sinking today.
We read the clay behavior on each property before picking a method. A thin sidewalk panel with a shallow void gets treated differently than a thick driveway slab with a deep gap underneath. Foam works well where weight and speed matter. Mudjacking still has its place on larger voids where a heavier fill makes sense. We don’t push one method because it’s the only one on the truck.
What to expect on the day of the work: a short walkthrough first, small access holes drilled at marked points, injection and lift monitoring, then patching and cleanup before we leave. Most residential jobs wrap in a single visit.
